• Experienced quant or systematic traders with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in live or backtested strategy development
• India-based traders or global professionals looking to scale with institutional backing
• Proprietary trading teams or individuals with proven alpha and disciplined risk management
• Traders with unique signals, niche market insights, or differentiated models
• Professionals seeking a collaborative, tech-driven environment to institutionalize their strategies

Preferred Strategy:

• Strategy Types: Statistical arbitrage, trend-following, market-making, mean-reversion, or hybrid approaches
• Performance Metrics: Medium to high Sharpe ratios, scalable capacity, and disciplined risk management
• Asset Classes: Equities, Futures, Options, or FX across Indian and global markets
