About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Post job listings on portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

2. Onboarding

• Prepare offer letters, collect documents, and assist in new employee orientation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining and access setup for new hires.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of tasks.

3. Offboarding

• Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation.
• Ensure proper handover and support final settlement coordination.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records in HR software (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.).
• Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave deductions, etc.).
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time).
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
