Brief Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer Wanted: Creativity with Purpose We're not just making things look good—we're making them work. NoFluff is on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. You’ll work from concept to execution, collaborating with our creative team to craft high impact visuals that engage, convert, and tell a story. What you will be doing: The Day-to-Day Magic: Turn ideas into impact – Create scroll-stopping visuals that drive engagement across social media. Break down briefs like a pro – Translate client needs into visually compelling content. Stay trend-savvy – Research and apply platform-specific best practices to maximize audience reach. Design with precision – Follow brand guidelines while keeping creativity fresh and engaging. Refine and iterate – Take feedback, tweak designs, and ensure every pixel is in place. Keep it organized – Maintain structured design files and an asset library for smooth collaboration. Be a team player – Work closely with senior designers to ensure brand consistency. The Big Picture Stuff: Think bigger, design smarter – Develop and execute high-performance visual strategies across digital platforms. Think strategy-first – Develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives. Optimize for performance – Create designs that don’t just look good but convert. Design across platforms – Ensure assets are tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond. Create cohesive visual themes – Build strong content calendars with engaging graphics. Back creativity with data – Analyze performance trends and refine visuals accordingly. Lead with curiosity – Stay ahead of emerging design trends and competitor strategies. Requirements: Having experience with UI/UX is a preferred. A portfolio that speaks volumes—show us your best work in social media graphics, illustrations, or branding. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop should feel like second nature. A sharp eye for aesthetics, details, and audience engagement. Communication skills that are clear, direct, and effective—NoFluff. The ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once. A degree in Mass Media, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A proactive, problem-solving mindset—because we need go-getters, not hand-holders.
