Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and execute staffing plan as per the agreed timeline.

2. Coordinate and facilitate training programs & Proper documentation of all training activities.

3. Assist in executing employee engagement & welfare programs.

4. Assist in implementation of programs, policies, to fulfill organizational development needs .

5. Preparing & Maintaining Employees Personal file & Database Management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exposure in organizational behavior, OD project management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business administration software.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
