Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive in Human Resources located in Saket. The Junior Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overall HR management. Daily tasks include supporting HR management initiatives, handling employee queries, participating in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the photography or e-commerce industry is a plus
