Role Description

This is an internship to full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources located in Bengaluru. The Junior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for handling HR management and operations, employee relations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
• Campus hiring and bulk hiring will be key to hire operational and blue collar staff.
• Sourcing, scheduling, screening, salary negotiations and offer release.
