Junior Executive Human Resources

As a Human Resource Executive at our IT and services company in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will be responsible for various key tasks: **Role Overview:** You will be involved in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, you will participate in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Your role will also include administering HR-related documents and coordinating performance management processes. Furthermore, you will assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as supporting employee engagement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation. - Maintain employee records and HR databases, attendance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel information. - Administer HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, agreements, and HR policies. - Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, events, and employee recognition programs. **Qualifications Required:** - Final year student or Graduated in Human Resources or relevant field. - 0-1 year of experience, freshers can apply.
