Junior Executive Human Resources

You will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, training and development, benefits administration, employee engagement, HR reports preparation, compliance support, and general administrative tasks. Your main duties will involve assisting in job postings, coordinating interviews, facilitating employee onboarding, updating employee files, organizing training sessions, administering benefits, organizing company events, preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with previous experience in an administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information are essential for this position. A basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws would be advantageous.
