Junior Executive Human Resources

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team and support the recruitment of IT professionals. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment who want to build a career in IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Understand technical job requirements (e.g., software developers, testers, designers).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and completing documentation.
• Support HR operations such as employee records, offer letters, and induction programs.
• Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely updates to applicants.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internships included).
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (basic level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Internship or coursework in HR/Recruitment.
• Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools.
