To provide on-site executive support to the CEO by ensuring timely follow-ups, smooth coordination across teams, accurate reporting, and effective handling of key operational activities.

• Take follow-ups on important internal and cross-team projects
• Collect, compile, and share important reports from various team members
• Track and follow up on office-related activities and action items
• Join meetings with leadership and teams to take structured notes
• Ensure key updates, tasks, and deadlines are communicated clearly
• Support daily operational coordination and administrative tasks
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal stakeholder

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Calendar management
• Meeting coordination and structured note-taking

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 

  2 years experience

   in executive assistance or office management

Full-time (Monday to Friday)

40 hours/week

Onsite presence required in the office
