o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
o 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in digital marketing (internships/freelancing included).
o Basic understanding of paid campaigns (PPC, social ads) and tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
o Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO principles.
o Experience with social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
o Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a team environment.
o Exposure to FMCG/consumer brands is a plus.
o Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
o Create engaging social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
o Assist in monitoring and managing brand pages on social platforms to improve engagement and reach.
o Track and report campaign performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI).
o Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on FMCG trends and digital innovations.
o Manage basic SEO activities – keyword research, on-page optimization, and blog publishing coordination.
o Support in running email marketing campaigns and managing subscriber databases.
o Coordinate with influencers and external digital agencies as needed.
o Help maintain and update product pages, banners, and offers on e-commerce platforms.
