Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

    or a related field is mandatory.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing

    is preferred.
  • Any relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Project Management are an added advantage.
  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    in a core marketing role.
  • At least

    1 year of experience in the FMCG industry

    is essential.
  • Prior experience

    managing or leading a team

    for at least 1 year is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Fluency in

    Hindi

    is mandatory; knowledge of

    Punjabi, Urdu, or Malayalam

    is an added benefit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional activities and brand campaigns.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, including brochures, POP materials, promotional content, and artwork.
  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with social media influencers and relevant digital channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build relationships with local community groups and event organizers for sponsorship opportunities, festive gifting, and brand outreach programs.
  • Conduct regular market research and analyze consumer feedback to inform strategy and promotional efforts.
  • Develop annual promotional calendars and ensure smooth monthly execution in alignment with sales and marketing goals.
  • Assist in designing and managing sales funnels and tracking marketing performance metrics.
  • Take ownership of small project teams and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaign success.
