Junior Copywriter

PR Pundit Havas Red is growing its digital and creative team, and we’re looking for a Junior Copywriter with 2-3 years of experience, who is sharp, curious, and fluent in creating content for today’s social and digital landscape.

You'll work closely with strategy, design, and account teams to craft content that builds brands on social media, drives digital campaigns, and engages audiences through storytelling, influencer marketing, and creative activations.

Requisites:

· Write copy for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) across formats like posts, stories, carousels, Reels, and influencer and campaign concepts

· Script snackable content and performance-first creative for B2B and B2C brands across Lifestyle, FMCG, Beauty, Auto and Corporate

· Support in the development of brand voice, positioning, messaging, and storytelling frameworks

· Support in the development of brand, social media and / or creative pitches

· Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring creative ideas for your assigned accounts to life

· Stay updated on trends, content formats, social platforms, and content consumption behaviour

What You Bring

· 2–3 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital agency or content-first role at brand side

· A portfolio that shows sharp writing across formats, from social campaigns to branded content

· Strong foundation in brand copy: culturally relevant, creatively sharp, and tonally consistent

· Ability to structure messaging clearly while keeping it engaging and on-brand

· Understanding of how different social platforms work, and work with strategy team on creative routes

· A collaborative, team-first attitude and eagerness to grow in a lean but fast-moving setup
