Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Write 2-3 long-form articles per week, owning the entire content lifecycle from topic ideation and research to drafting and final optimization
• Conduct in-depth research using academic papers, industry reports, competitor analysis, and reliable data sources to develop original perspectives
• Translate complex research findings into clear, engaging, and actionable narratives without duplication or over-reliance on AI-generated text
• Structure articles to balance reader experience, SEO best practices, and AI-answer optimization (AEO)
• Analyze competitor content to identify gaps, differentiation opportunities, and strategic angles
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT responsibly for ideation and research support while maintaining an original voice and point of view
• Optimize content for SEO fundamentals, including keywords, meta titles, headers, internal linking, and readability
• Perform thorough self-quality checks, ensuring accuracy, logical flow, grammatical precision, and proper citations
• Stay current with trends in AI search, algorithms, SEO, and marketing technology to continuously improve content relevance and performance

• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, synthesize information from multiple sources, and produce original long-form content
• Foundational understanding of SEO principles and growing familiarity with AEO and AI-driven search behavior
• Comfort using AI tools as assistive research aids, with the judgment to validate outputs against credible data
• A quality-focused mindset with strong self-editing, fact-checking, and attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity about AI, technology, marketing, and search ecosystems, with a willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to explain technical or data-heavy topics clearly without oversimplifying
• Prior experience with research-based or technical writing projects, supported by samples of long-form work
