This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 6 years Location :Pune JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UX Designer to join our design team and help shape exceptional digital experiences across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to transform complex concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and other designers—to craft seamless user journeys and ensure that our products not only look great but also function beautifully. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across all platforms. Translate business goals and user needs into elegant, intuitive, and functional user experiences. Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and business goals. Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to building a user-first culture across teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering digital products or services. Expertise in Figma for creating design systems, interactive prototypes, and handoff-ready designs. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with strong visual design and illustration capabilities. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms (please include link with application). Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards. Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, mapping user journeys, and developing prototypes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile development environments. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus. Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions is a bonus. Why Join Us?
