Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer with over 3 years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging experiences for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with a strong background in wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience designing solutions for media workflows, approval/review systems, or project/task management interfaces is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into thoughtful user experiences. Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and gather actionable insights. Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across all digital platforms. Champion accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to deliver inclusive user experiences. Optimize designs for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring responsiveness and usability across devices. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. Apply UX best practices across media-centric interfaces, including content review and approval flows, and project/task management environments. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related role. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard UX/UI tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems. Experience with user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing. Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and their practical implementation. Preferred Qualifications : Experience designing for media-heavy platforms, or tools involving review/approval or project/task management. Familiarity with basic frontend concepts (HTML, CSS) to support design-dev collaboration. Prior experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
