HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE The role of a UX Designer at Automation Anywhere is to envision how users experience our products—and bring that vision to life through thoughtful, intuitive, and beautifully crafted design. In this role, you’ll take on complex problems and simplify them into accessible, engaging experiences for users of all skill levels—from first-time users to seasoned automation professionals. You’ll work closely with a talented group of Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers throughout the design process—from early discovery and user flows to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. At each step, you’ll champion the voice of the user—anticipating their needs, advocating for their goals, and ensuring the final experience delivers value, clarity, and delight. We are a collaborative UX team that blends user research, systems thinking, visual craft, and business context. Our designers care deeply about usability, inclusivity, and simplicity. Together, we solve meaningful challenges and shape the experiences that define the future of automation. What You’ll Do Design user-centric solutions by applying Design Thinking methodologies: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Support and participate in user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.) and incorporate findings into design work. Deliver UX assets like personas, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks using tools like Figma. Contribute to the evolution of the Automation Anywhere Design System to ensure consistency and usability across products. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements, design trade-offs, and final implementation. Present and defend design rationale to stakeholders using data, research, and UX best practices. Track and measure design impact through feedback, analytics, and usability testing. Be a proactive team player and help others with feedback, ideas, or pair designing. You Have... 2+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a portfolio that demonstrates solid process and problem-solving. Familiarity with human-centered design, and experience working with per sonas, journey maps, and design systems. Ability to apply UX heuristics and craft accessible, responsive designs. Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design ideas to diverse audiences. An attitude of continuous learning, curiosity, and collaborative spirit. Bonus Points Experience with SaaS or enterprise platforms. Exposure to AI/ML-driven experiences or process automation tools. Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with dev teams. Experience with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Photoshop) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
