Field work requirement for user research. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, illustrator, Sketch, or InVision. Strong portfolio showcasing UX work across web and/or mobile platforms. Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Job role Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to bring ideas to life. Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
