We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to lead and execute user experience design across our software products and marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our brand and products, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touch points. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive, user-centred software interfaces. · Lead the end-to-end UX process from research, wireframes, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design. · Design marketing assets including landing pages, campaign visuals, and social media creatives. · Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize experiences. · Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure brand consistency across platforms. · Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation to your work. Requirements: · 2–3 years of proven UX design experience in software and/or digital marketing. · Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. · Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. · Portfolio showcasing your UX design work across web, mobile, and marketing assets. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Experience with HTML/CSS or working alongside frontend engineers. · Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
