Job function Design and Development Designation Level Associate Employment Type Full Time Experience level 0-2 Workplace Type Onsite Location Hyderabad, India - 500003 Must have skills Design tools Communication skills User understanding Qualifications Bachelors in Design or equivalent qualification. Field work requirement for user research. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, illustrator, Sketch, or InVision. Strong portfolio showcasing UX work across web and/or mobile platforms. Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Job role Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to bring ideas to life. Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
