Key Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage company documentation, renewals, and filings.
• Liaise with external legal advisors for contracts and dispute matters.

Vendor & Procurement Management

• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and payments.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and procurement terms for maximum value.
• Ensure transparent, audit-ready vendor systems using digital tools.

Budgeting & Financial Control

• Prepare and monitor commercial budgets and cost reports.
• Optimize expenses through strong vendor negotiations and process control.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and compliance reports.

Risk & Governance

• Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
• Maintain strong documentation, contracts, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth governance.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s in Commerce / Business / Law

   (MBA preferred).

2. 3+ years in commercial, legal, or compliance

   management.
3. Experience

   handling contracts, vendors, and risk compliance

   .
4. Strong

   negotiation, documentation, and analytical

   skills.
5. Digitally confident, fluent with ERP tools, dashboards, and procurement platforms.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
