Job Description – Business Analyst (BA)

Location: Hyderabad

Start Date: Immediate / As per availability

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with 2-3 years of experience to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional & non-functional requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze business trends to provide data-driven insights.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirement clarity.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents) & FRD (Functional Requirement Documents).
• Develop flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams to represent business processes effectively.
• Identify gaps in business processes and suggest improvements.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to stakeholders on project progress.
• Gather feedback and incorporate necessary changes into requirements.

Testing & Validation

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating that the final product meets business expectations.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

✔ Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

✔ Strong expertise in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

✔ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

✔ Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
