Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Analyst located in Kochi. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. Key tasks include conducting market and data analysis, preparing reports, and working closely with stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Effective Communication and Business Process understanding
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
• Experience within the EdTech sector is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analyst,preferable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•. 2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [domain-specific, e.g., education tech, fintech, healthcare].

•Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
