Junior Business Analyst

As a Project Analyst in our organization, you will be responsible for liaising with senior leadership and local project teams to determine project delivery requirements. Your role will involve managing multiple client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines to meet both internal and client deadlines. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining MS Excel databases from source data. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing client data utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate key performance indicators. You will be tasked with pressure testing data, identifying areas for further investigation and training, and collaborating with Project leaders and local teams to interpret data and develop action plans and recommendations for clients. Moreover, you will be expected to create high-quality presentations and other deliverables for clients using PowerPoint. As a key member of the analysis team, you will support team members to meet client deadlines and drive development and efficiencies within the team, both locally and on international projects. To excel in this role, you should possess an Economics or Science-based degree in subjects with a numerical emphasis, such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc. Previous experience in a similar analysis role within the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to effectively handle multiple projects involving various stakeholders. Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level is crucial for this role.
