Role Description

This full-time Junior Business Analyst position is an on-site role located in Pune. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, optimizing business processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective communication and successful project execution. Day-to-day tasks may include analysing data, preparing business documentation, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting project delivery while interfacing with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.

● Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

● Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and user stories.

● Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

● Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

● Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among stakeholders.

● Participate in the testing and validation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.

● Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information -Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment. 

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

  in a related role

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Business Process optimization and defining Business Requirements to support organizational goals.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software used in business analysis and process documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
