Role Description The Senior Product Manager at IRC will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of scientific communication products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include defining product vision, conducting market research, managing cross-functional teams, developing roadmaps, and overseeing product launches. The role also involves analyzing product performance, implementing improvements, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Proven experience in Product Management, Roadmap Planning, and Lifecycle Management Strong Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration skills Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Data-Driven Decision Making Understanding of Scientific Communication Methods, Outreach Strategies, and Research Dissemination Proficiency with Project Management Tools and Agile Methodologies Excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline.
