Job Title: Automation Tester Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing automated test scripts, identifying bugs, and ensuring product quality through robust test automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks Execute automated test cases and analyze results Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand features and technical implementation Perform regression and performance testing on new software releases Detect and report bugs and glitches, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved Contribute to continuous improvement in test strategies and frameworks Prepare and maintain test data and environments Document test procedures, test results, and bug tracking using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools Proficiency in at least one programming language ( Java, Python, JavaScript, etc. ) Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, or REST Assured Understanding of SDLC, STLC , and Agile methodologies Experience with version control tools like Git Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional) is a plus Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter is an advantage Why Join Us?
