As an Automation Tester at Hammoq, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through automated testing. Your attention to detail and expertise in testing frameworks will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. - Collaborate with the QA team to convert manual test cases into automated test suites. - Review and analyze system specifications to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Execute both automated and manual test cases and evaluate the results. - Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Work closely with developers and stakeholders to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. - Conduct regression testing through automation after code changes and enhancements. - Participate in code reviews and test plan reviews, providing feedback to improve test quality and coverage. - Ensure testing aligns with industry quality standards and best practices. - Continuously improve test automation frameworks, scripts, and processes. - Maintain clear documentation of automation processes and communicate effectively with the QA team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. - Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins). - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus. - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
