Property & Casualty Insurance domain (Commercial Lines preferred)
Guidewire BA experience (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter) – 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and testing in Guidewire projects.
Prepare SRS, use cases, wireframes, system flows, and other project documentation.
Work with architects and developers on system design and integrations.
Liaison between business stakeholders, functional leads, and development teams.
Support UAT, triage production issues, and perform smoke testing.
Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases and scenarios are comprehensive.
Ensure Agile practices are followed throughout SDLC.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter (multiple projects).
Knowledge of both PolicyCenter and BillingCenter preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodology and defect management tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
Ability to negotiate and drive consensus across teams.
