Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with good understanding of Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis process.

Knowledge of Lending Domain / Loan Management Systems (LMS) is desirable but not essential. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to loan management system
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Collaborate with QA teams in defining test plans and validating test results.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users during deployment.
• Track system issues and work with IT/Engineering teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies across the loan lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
