Role Overview
- Position: Junior Performance Marketing Executive
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on campaign management (agency, freelance, or internship).
- Focus: Assist in setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Exposure: Work on multiple client accounts, driving ROI, leads, and revenue.
- Growth: Learn under senior marketers with mentorship and opportunity for ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Assist in setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor performance, adjust campaigns, and improve ROI/lead generation.
2. Google Ads Management
- Understand keyword match types (exact, phrase, broad).
- Conduct regular search term audits for new opportunities and negatives.
- Improve ad relevance and Quality Score (ad copy, landing pages, Page Speed Insights).
3. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Build understanding of audience types (core, custom, lookalike).
- Contribute creative ideas for ad copy and visuals for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales campaigns.
4. LinkedIn Ads
- Assist in setting up campaigns targeting professional demographics.
- Gain exposure to LinkedIn audience targeting.
5. Collaboration & Learning
- Work with Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Design teams to create integrated strategies.
- Support ad copy, landing page recommendations, and A/B testing plans.
- Learn to interpret performance reports and guide optimisations.
6. Reporting & Communication
- Help analyze campaign data and extract insights.
- Assist in preparing clear performance reports and presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Join client calls and internal reviews to understand goals and share performance updates.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of Google Ads campaign management experience (freelance, agency, or internship).
- Knowledge of CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate.
- Familiarity with tools: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Bonus: Exposure to Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
