About the Role:

We’re seeking someone from Goa, who’s number-savvy, organized, and eager to work on real-time financial operations in a fast-moving digital agency. As a Junior Accounts Executive, you’ll support day-to-day accounts, billing, and reporting functions, while getting firsthand experience on how a creative business runs financially.

Location: Panjim, Goa

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting and data entry
• Assist with invoices, follow-ups, and payment tracking
• Help with TDS, GST, and monthly compliance
• Coordinate with vendors and clients on accounts queries
• Maintain spreadsheets, ledgers, and financial documentation
• Assist in monthly reporting and reconciliations

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• Internship or practical exposure to accounting tools (Tally/Zoho preferred)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail and basic understanding of financial processes
• Eagerness to learn how agencies handle money
• Must be currently based in
