eGrove Systems is looking for Junior Accounts Executive to join its team of experts.
Location: Chennai

Accounts:
- Handle daily accounting tasks – billing, payments, and receipts
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor payments
- Assist with GST, TDS filings, and ensure compliance
- Support in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Help with audits and maintain proper documentation
Administration:
- Manage office supplies and ensure proper stock levels
- Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services
- Support employee onboarding (ID cards, workspace setup, etc.)
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts and Admin roles
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting basics
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
