About the Role:

Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally system.
• Prepare and verify purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries.
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and supplier/vendor account reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices and follow up for approvals and payments.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Help in preparing monthly MIS and basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records.
• Maintain organised filing and digital record systems for all financial documents.

Requirements:

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Experience:

  0–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG or trading industry.

• Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of

  Tally ERP

  or similar software.
• Good understanding of

  GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and basic reporting tools.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
