Role Overview

We are looking for a Partnership Manager (SDR) to spearhead the identification and lead generation for merchant onboarding in the offers/affiliate space. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for identifying and setting up meetings with vendors as per category team requirement. You should bring existing industry relationships, a strategic mindset, and a relentless focus on quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential merchant partners (brands, local businesses, e-commerce platforms, service providers, etc.) across target geographies.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic prospect list through market research, networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, events, and other channels.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate first-level conversations with prospective merchants to pitch the Xoxoday Perks platform.
  • Schedule discovery or demo meetings for the Partnerships/BD team.
  • Nurture early-stage leads to conversion readiness.

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Manage lead data, outreach efforts, and pipeline in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, hit rates, and conversion potential.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the category team for outreach strategies with business goal alignment.
  • Share market insights to help improve pitch decks, outreach scripts, and merchant propositions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in the affiliate marketing / performance marketing/ lead generation
  • Strong industry relationships with affiliate managers, D2C brands, or affiliate vendors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
  • Hands on experience with CRM tools.
