Role: Jr. IT Recruiter

Location

(Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable

  IT profiles

  through job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
• Screen candidate resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and role fit.
• Share and track

  technical/assessment tests

  with candidates as part of the evaluation process.
• Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and

  technical interview panels

• Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and follow up to ensure timely interview completion.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules simultaneously.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is an advantage.
