Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary-

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive with hands-on experience in HRMS usage, bulk hiring, and F&B operations. The role will support day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, and employee coordination across restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities-

Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle bulk hiring for restaurant staff (service and kitchen roles)

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

HR Operations

• Use HRMS for attendance management, employee data, and documentation

• Maintain employee records, joining formalities, and onboarding processes

• Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation

Employee Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for outlet staff for basic HR-related queries

• Coordinate with managers regarding manpower requirements and attendance issues

Compliance & Records

• Assist in maintaining statutory records (ESIC, PF, wage registers)

• Support internal audits and HR reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive / HR Recruiter

• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools

• Proven experience in bulk hiring (F&B / hospitality experience preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and labour compliance

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Graduate/Masters.
