Jr. HR Executive

As a Jr. HR Executive at our machine-tools manufacturing facility located in Moshi Near Chimabli Phata, Pimpri Chinchawad, Maharashtra, your role will involve supporting HR operations. You will be assisting the HR Manager in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, and reporting to ensure smooth HR processes on the shop floor. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment & Hiring** - Publish job postings - Screen candidates - Schedule interviews - Conduct reference checks - Prepare offer letters - **Onboarding & HR Records** - Facilitate new-hire orientation - Maintain HRIS, attendance, training, certification, and exit documents - **Employee Relations & Engagement** - Address staff queries and grievances - Organize safety briefings and morale-building activities - **Training & Development** - Coordinate training on machinist skills, safety, and soft skills - Monitor and report on effectiveness - **Compliance & Policy Support** - Ensure adherence to labor laws (e.g., Factory Act) - Support policy development and enforcement - **Continuous Improvement** - Collaborate on HR data analysis - Implement retention and recruitment improvements **Qualifications Required:** - **Essential:** - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 1-2 years of HR experience in manufacturing or machine-tools preferred - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Discretion with confidential data - Willingness to support shift-based teams - **Preferred:** - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) - Familiarity with SAP HR or manufacturing ERP - Experience delivering safety/compliance training In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to avail benefits such as statutory benefits (PF, ESI, etc.) and shift allowances, paid leave, medical insurance as per company policy, and a career path into HR Executive / HR Manager roles.
