Position: Field Marketing Executive Location: Siliguri Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month in hand + Performance-based Incentives Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Marketing (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing) Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Age Requirement: Below 35 years Job Overview: We are seeking young, smart, and dynamic Field Marketing Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions and capable of driving sales through on-ground marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client visits and build strong customer relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region Promote the company’s services and solutions to prospective clients Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth Represent the company professionally during all client interactions Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing strategies Key Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in field marketing and client acquisition Sound knowledge of the local market in Siliguri Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable Experience in IT or Digital Marketing industry will be an added advantage Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
