**Job Description:** As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various operational tasks. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while also contributing to the analysis of HR metrics and report preparation for management. Additionally, you will actively participate in HR process improvement initiatives, project implementations, and the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Your support will be crucial in coordinating training and development programs, as well as engaging in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management - Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and project implementations - Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures - Support the coordination of training and development programs - Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications **Qualifications Required:** - MBA program with a focus on HR/Organisational Behaviour is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information The company provides health insurance and a Provident Fund as part of the benefits package.
