Jr. HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Jr. Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in helping foster a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support performance appraisal and review processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies
• Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
