Job Overview:

We are seeking a Jr Full Stack Development Engineer with strong frontend and backend experience to work on cross-platform software projects. This role supports the transformation of AT&T’s order and delivery management systems. The candidate will work on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution, collaborating closely with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software systems (3-tier and Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems).
• Develop frontend and backend components, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Actively participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and Agile development cycles.
• Support detailed documentation of systems and features.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Mentor peers and provide technical guidance where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of full stack development experience with strong frontend and backend expertise.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, Python, PHP, Perl, etc.).
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular 6+).
• Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience with Web APIs (REST), unit testing, TDD, BDD, and configuration management tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with responsive design, UI optimization for small screens, and e-commerce platforms.

Desirable Skills:

• Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Containerization technologies (Docker).
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum and other software development methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical or professional certifications in relevant domains are a plus.
