Jr. Ecommerce Trainee

What You’ll Be Doing E-commerce Marketing & Management (Amazon & Other Platforms) - 1. Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms: optimize keywords, SEO, images, and descriptions 2. Coordinate with platform account managers to run promotions, resolve issues, and improve visibility 3. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, sales, returns) and suggest actionable improvements 4. Monitor reviews and ratings, and handle customer feedback in coordination with customer service Exhibition & Trade Show Participation - 1. Assist in planning and managing brand booths at exhibitions, trade fairs, and wellness expos 2. Be the on-ground point person for event logistics, coordination, and brand presentation 3. Create and manage pre-event checklists, booth material readiness, shipping, and inventory planning 4. Engage with visitors, manage sampling/product experience, and maintain lead records Offline Marketing - 1. Identify and reach out to luxury spas, wellness centers, and boutique retail outlets for product placement or partnerships 2. Visit locations (where required), pitch Bhisajyam’s products, and handle display setup or sampling kits 3. Maintain ongoing relationships with offline partners and track performance or reorder cycles PR Campaigns - 1. Plan and execute PR outreach campaigns to wellness editors, lifestyle publications, and media houses 2. Coordinate corporate gifting drives – from curating product combinations to packaging and dispatch 3. Maintain a media contact list, gifting tracker, and archive of press mentions 4. Work closely with the design and content team to develop print collateral, gift notes, and branding elements Inventory & Dispatch Coordination - 1. Maintain product movement records across Amazon, events, PR kits, and B2B partners 2. Coordinate with internal inventory/warehouse teams for restocking and dispatch 3. Use tools like Google Sheets or ERP (if applicable) to keep real-time stock logs 4. Alert relevant teams for low-stock SKUs or special dispatches (e.g., gifting, events) Visual Content Coordination - 1. Maintain and organize digital assets (product photos, banners, lifestyle shots, campaign videos) 2.
