Key Responsibilities:

Research and Ideation:

• Conduct thorough research to gather insights and data for content development.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas and concepts that align with marketing goals.

Content Creation:

• Generate engaging and high-quality written content aligned with company objectives and target audiences.
• Craft compelling blog posts, articles, web content, and other content pieces that resonate with readers.
• Follow the checklist for content.

Content Optimization:

• Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and on-page SEO best practices.
• Include the latest statistics in content and update them regularly.

Content Calendar Management:

• Maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar to plan, organize, and schedule content releases.
• Ensure content aligns with the overall content strategy and marketing objectives.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats to continually improve content strategies.

Key Result Areas

• Consistently deliver high-quality and engaging content.
• Produce engaging content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Contribute to brand recognition and audience engagement.

Key Performance Indicators

• Content engagement metrics (e.g., clicks, shares, comments).
• Content quality and accuracy.
• Number of visits on blogs and service pages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content writing and creation, with a portfolio of published work.
• Strong research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
• Proficiency in SEO-rich content production and content optimization techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with AI content writing tools and analytics tools.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
