Hiring: IT Business Development Executive | IBR Infotech LLP (Indore – WFO Only)

📍 Location: Indore (Work From Office Only)

💼 Experience Required: 1+ Years (in IT Services Sales Only)

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy IT Business Development Executive who can drive business growth, identify opportunities, and build long-term client relationships in the international market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads for international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through multiple channels including: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Email Marketing & Cold Outreach, B2B Portals (Clutch, GoodFirms, AppFutura, etc.), Social Media Platforms & Networking Groups
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and translate client needs into technical deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and manage client communications effectively.


Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in IT Service Sales / Business Development (International Market)
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies (Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in lead generation via Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Campaigns & B2B platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and proposal writing
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently with the team
