Role Overview

Administration Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing AI education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations, student records, and documentation.
Coordinate between departments – academics, HR, and technology teams.
Assist in scheduling classes, mentor sessions, and webinars.
Handle student inquiries, registrations, and feedback through email or CRM.
Support in organizing online/offline events, workshops, and training sessions.
Maintain inventory, office supplies, and digital resource tracking.
Prepare and manage reports, attendance logs, and official correspondence.
Support management in executing new process improvements and SOPs.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Management, or related field
.
0–3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong proficiency in
Google Workspace / MS Office / CRM tools
.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a digital-first setup.
Interest in
education, AI, and emerging technologies
is a plus.
