Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide career counselling to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and goals.

Assist with admission processes by guiding students through application procedures and ensuring timely submission of documents.

Offer educational sales support by providing information on courses offered by colleges/universities and addressing student queries related to course selection.

Conduct telecalling sessions with potential clients (students) to generate leads for educational services.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress notes, and follow-ups.

3-5 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.

Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred.
