Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on educational programs and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups.
Maintain student records and admission reports.
Meet admission and conversion targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic counselling or education sales.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
