The HR Generalist and Recruiter will handle day-to-day HR tasks including developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and managing talent acquisition processes. They will also be responsible for maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting employee onboarding and training programs, and addressing employee queries and concerns. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the recruitment process is a plus
