Office Cum Administrative Incharge

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering direct phone calls and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments/meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record management
  • Handling general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
  • Oversee office upkeep, facility repairs, and vendor coordination
  • Manage procurement, maintenance of assets, and inventory control
  • Support HR functions, travel arrangements, and event coordination
  • Assist the Director with personal and professional administrative tasks

Candidate Profile:

  • Any Batchler Degree, Preferably in Business Management
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Office Maintenance or Administration Department.
  • Proficient in Ms Office application and other related software tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
  • Rapid typewriting and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage laborers, vendors, and procurement processes
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive and responsible approach
